PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2010- 2011                I was health center head and health extension worker supervisor at kallu district, south wollo zone, Ethiopia.

 I was also outpatient department coordinator and organize different review meetings at south wollo, Ethiopia.

 Junior public health officer professional and I gave both curative and privative health services.

2011/12-2014 Director for the primary health care unit (health center head) and health extension workers supervisor at Sinan district, East Gojjam zone, northwest Ethiopia, Ethiopia.

 Senior public health officer professional and I gave both curative and preventive health service.

 I was the chief secretary and member board for Yeted health center, Sinan district, East Gojjam zone, northwest Ethiopia.

 Data collection supervisor for the research groups from Addis Ababa University.

 Data collector for the researchers from Debre Markos University, health science college community service team.

2014-2016 Outpatient department case team leader and under five clinic focal person at Rebugebeya health center in Sinan district, east Gojjam zone, Northwest Ethiopia.

 Anti-retroviral treatment (ART) clinic focal person and mentor with non-governmental organizations.

 Worked as chief public health officer and providing both preventive and curative health service activities.

  • Dietary diversity feeding practice and its associated factors among children age 6-23 months in Ethiopia from 2011 up to 2018: a systematic review and meta-analysis. At Addis Ababa ,4th EPHI congress.
  • Prevalence of infant feeding practices among human immune virus exposed infants in Ethiopia: systematic review and meta-analysis at Debre Markos University 10th annual national reserach conference.

  • Integrated community case management (ICCM) for health extension worker and health extension worker supervisors since 2013 with regional health bureau, zonal health department, IFHP, PATH finder Ethiopia, JSI L10K and transform PHC.
      • Integrated management of new born and childhood illnesses for primary health care unit professionals since 2015 at different parts of Amhara region, Ethiopia with regional health bureau, zonal health department, IFHP, PATH finder Ethiopia, JSI L10K and transform PHC.
      • I was facilitate the training on AMIYCN for health care providers with Regional health bureau, zonal health department and IFHP.
      • Community based new born care for health extension and other health professionals in 2015 and 2016 with zonal health department, woreda health office and JSI L10K.
      • Community based managements of severe acute malnutrition for health professionals at different level in East Gojjam, North West Ethiopia since 2016 with zonal health department.
      • OTP/ Outpatient therapeutic program/ for health extension workers and other clinical health professionals with zonal health department and former IFHP.
