•     House Officer: - From March 1991 till the end of Feb. 1992 at El- Minia University Hospital.
It includes 2 months in ophthalmic department, 2 months general surgery, 2 months general medicine, 2 months obstetric & gynecology, 2 months pediatric and 2 months (emergency & Anathsthia).
• Resident: - From March 1992 till March 1995 at ophthalmic department, EL Minia University Hospitals.
Duties include the following. -
-  Examinations of about 1600 case /month in the out patient clinics & inpatient.
-Extra ocular surgeries: about 150 case/month including lid & squint surgery.
-Intra ocular surgeries: about 16 case /month including ECCE, ICCE, phacoemulsification with and without anterior or posterior chamber I.O.L implantation and glaucoma surgeries.
-Attending staff rounds 8 times/ month.
•     Demostrator: From April 1995 till Feb, 1996.
• Assistant lecturer: From Feb, 1996 till Feb, 2004.
