AbstracA 27 years old male presented with recurrent generalized seizures, left hemiparesis and had developmental delay in motor and speech domains.MRI of the brain revealed characteristic features diagnostic of cerebral hemiatrophy or Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome (DDMS).
